Express Employment West Des Moines is looking for an Engineering Field Technician to assist with soil testing and quality inspections at various job sites.
Responsibilities
- Collect soil samples from various construction and project sites.
- Perform soil testing and quality checks to ensure materials meet required specifications.
- Use a wheelbarrow and other equipment to collect and transport samples.
- Travel to job sites using a company-provided truck.
- Assist with field inspections and document test results as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Ability to travel between job sites and follow testing procedures.
