Position Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join a local company's team. This person will operate CNC machines and help ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines and monitor the machining process
- Load and unload materials and finished parts
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Check finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Use calipers, gauges, and other basic measuring tools
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- CNC experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools
- Ability to follow written instructions and basic drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team
