Window Installer – $20–$22/hour
Location: Waterloo, IA Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Window Installer for a full-time opportunity with a reputable, locally owned business in the Waterloo area. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or installation experience who enjoys hands-on work and delivering quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of windows to manufacturer and customer specifications
- Remove existing windows and prepare openings
- Seal and insulate for energy efficiency and water tightness
- Ensure proper fit, finish, and function of all installations
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience installing windows
- Skilled with basic construction tools and techniques
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders and in outdoor weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Preferred:
- Experience with custom or specialty window installs
- Background in carpentry or general construction
