In May 2007, Mike co-founded the Dubuque Express Employment office alongside co-owner Matt Timmerman. Over the years, Mike's passion for staffing has led him to establish and own offices in Fitchburg, Davenport, Moline, Waterloo, Platteville, and West Des Moines. With an impressive 15 years of experience in the industry, Mike excels in cultivating a robust and positive work culture. Mike's expertise and dedication make him a key figure in the staffing realm, driving the growth and success of Express Employment Professionals across multiple locations.

With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the staffing industry, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to his role as co-owner of Express Employment Professionals. Together with his business partner, Mike Schaul, Matt has established a strong presence by owning offices in key locations, including Dubuque, Fitchburg, Davenport, Moline, Waterloo, Platteville, and West Des Moines.
