CNC Programmer
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a CNC Programmer for a business in Waterloo, IA. This is a direct hire opportunity or evaluation hire opportunity with a strong company culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machine tools to create precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and precision tools for quality checks
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure machine efficiency
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques to improve workflow
- Maintain accurate records of production and inspections
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of CNC operator experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience programming CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available
- $20-$30 per hour (based on experience)
