Construction Project Manager (Direct Hire)
Pay: $75,000–$100,000/year
Location: Waterloo/Cedar Valley Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
A respected contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial job sites and lead construction teams from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Experience with concrete, steel, and carpentry is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
