CDL Class A Driver – $20.00/hour
Location: Waterloo, IA
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (End time may vary) | Home nightly
Pay: $20.00/hour (with raise opportunities at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months)
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire, Full-Time with Overtime
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a locally owned company in Waterloo. This role is ideal for a reliable driver who enjoys variety in their day, including operating trucks, assisting with labor tasks, and running equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dump trucks and semi-trucks to transport: Broken concrete, sand, dirt, demolition debris, trees and bushes
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators
- Assist with general labor tasks and support other departments as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs when required
Requirements:
- Class A CDL with no restrictions (required)
- Experience with manual transmission (required)
- Clean driving record (preferred)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED
