Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable Assistant to support a local company during a maternity leave coverage period. This temporary role will focus on accounting support for experienced candidates, or general office assistance for those without accounting experience.
Duration: 14–16 weeks (late February/early March start)
Schedule: Office-based, weekday hours
Responsibilities May Include
For candidates with AR/AP experience:
- Process credit card payments and deposits
- Assist with billing and accounts receivable tasks
- Support general accounting functions as needed
For candidates without accounting experience:
- Answer phones and greet walk-in visitors
- Assist with mail handling and basic office duties
- Provide administrative support to the team

- Accounting experience preferred but not required
