Job Full Description
We are seeking motivated Landscape Crew Members to join a local landscaping team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod and hardscape installation, while working under the direction of the Foreman and Crew Leader. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crew members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and safely
- Assist with planting, mulching, sod installation, hardscape installation, and other landscaping tasks
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow instructions from Foreman or Crew Leader to complete daily tasks
- Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- No previous landscaping experience required
