Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for a local company in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with HVAC or sheet metal experience who enjoys working on job sites and seeing projects come together.
What You’ll Do:
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components at job sites
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure proper installation
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and safely
- Assist with loading materials and setting up job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous HVAC installation or sheet metal experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on job sites
