Pay: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee operations within the saw department of a Waterloo facility. This position is ideal for someone with prior warehouse leadership experience who can guide a team, support production, and ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support warehouse staff in daily saw department operations
- Train and onboard new team members
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Assist with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed
- Operate equipment and forklifts to move materials
- Maintain organization and workflow within the department
- Follow directions and communicate effectively with leadership and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience required, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Forklift and equipment operation experience preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills, including proper use of a nail gun (training provided)
- Reliable and able to work well in a team setting
