Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through communication, record keeping, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient material movement, accurate documentation, and smooth warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments
- Schedule and track shipments and deliveries with suppliers, carriers, and vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control
- Process orders and prepare shipping documentation, packing lists, and labels
- Organize and maintain warehouse records and paperwork
- Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues
- Assist in improving warehouse processes and productivity
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and other material handling equipment as needed
- Assist with loading, unloading, storage, and movement of materials
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Experience with material handling equipment preferred or willingness to learn
