Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join a local construction team. This position involves assisting with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing while supporting daily job site operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing
- Operate tools and equipment safely on job sites
- Support crew members with daily tasks
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow directions and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous concrete experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions

- Reliable attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the day
- Ability to perform labor-intensive work in an outdoor environment
