Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a local growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This agency specializes in Auto, Home, and Life insurance, and you will play a key role in supporting our clients and sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, and in person with policy questions and service needs

Provide support for Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies

Process policy changes, payments, renewals, and basic billing inquiries

Gather and update client information accurately in agency systems

Schedule appointments and follow up with current and prospective clients

Work closely with licensed agents to support sales and retention efforts

Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency software

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
