Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Client Success Manager to join a local company in Salina, Kansas! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Central Kansas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent, we find for them!
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them at the counter with sales and service inquiries

Take and process job orders accurately and efficiently

Manage inventory—track parts, restock, and maintain accountability for stock

Look up parts using internal systems and print shipping documents and shippers

Maintain clean, organized, and professional front counter and work area

Communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and team members

Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks related to order processing

Support shipping and receiving when necessary

Proactively bring ideas to improve counter operations and customer experience
