Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in Glasgow, KY for 1st Shift - 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pay Rate: $18.00. Interested candidates should have previous Administrative experience . The position is Evaluation Hire.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all data entry is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
- Manage calendars for HR personnel, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Previous experience in customer support or office management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of initiative.
