Job Full Description
This position will consist of splitting their time between Customer Service and Production. The focus of training will be centered on Customer Service. We are looking for someone with previous 800-line call center experience, with the ability to assist the customer to customize their order by researching their needs and matching up our products to those needs.

Some things to expect during training are:
We stress quality over quantity – there are not quotas for orders taken
There will be multiple pricing structures to learn
Expect to take a lot of notes
Will be asking detailed questions while on the call with customers to ensure
accuracy of item needed
Will need to be able to research and provide details of items for customers
Verifying order details verbatim
Intense training that is with the Customer Service Lead
They will be engaged in mock calls that are based on actual calls that have been
received
Manage multiple tasks with 800-line interruption
While in Production, they would be working in and around the digital printing presses as well as working on post-press orders that require hand inserting of extra envelopes.
This position will start at $16.75/hour for qualifying candidates. A pay increase of 25 cents will take place after completing 90 days.
