Job Full Description

• Handle all emails related to customer orders.
• Put scheduled customer orders on the Tank Trailer Loading Log.
• Assign Trailers – in turn will need to track when trailers are returning to ensure we have trailers available for bulk orders.
• Assign batches to orders and Create process orders in SAP.
• Draft of Tank Trailer Loading Log needs to be sent out by Tuesday of every week.
• Final of Tank Trailer Loading Log needs to be sent out by Friday of every week.
• Keep in contact with QC (Jimmie) to get close outs in time for shipments.
• Prepare Bulk Shipments in SAP.
• Close Bulk Shipments in SAP.
• Send copies of weight tickets and BOL to CSR’s once orders are closed.
• Process any returns related to Bulk Orders. (PR and Laredo)
• Help with Miscellaneous BOL’s if needed or have extra time.
• Join Customer Service and CLX team weekly to confirm shipment schedule
