Now Hiring: MIG/TIG Welders – 1st Shift
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM
Schedule: Full-Time, Overtime Required
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing team!
Job Responsibilities

Perform manual MIG welding on production parts and TIG welding for repairs and rework.

Load and position materials into welding fixtures.

Inspect completed welds for quality and defects.

Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns.

Maintain accurate production counts and document defective parts.

Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Meet daily production and quality standards.
Requirements
-
Previous MIG/TIG welding experience required.

Proficient at welding thin aluminum.

Must pass pre-employment welding skills and certification testing.

High school diploma or GED required.

Vocational or trade school training preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.
-
Dependable with good attendance.
-
Must be available for daily and weekly overtime.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-
Frequent standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Ability to work around welding fumes, sparks, heat, and loud machinery.

Must wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, welding helmet, and protective clothing.
