Key Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.

Dispose of trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties.

Ensure clean dishes and cookware are available to kitchen staff in a timely manner.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with additional cleaning and support duties as assigned.
