Production Worker
Location: Paducah, KY
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers for a client in Paducah, KY. This position is responsible for assisting with the production, packaging, storage, and shipment of freeze-dried products in a warehouse environment. Candidates must be safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and processing of freeze-dried products.
- Package finished products according to company standards and specifications.
- Prepare, store, and organize inventory for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and warehouse areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including extreme cold conditions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous production or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
