Job Full Description
Job Responsibilities
- Cut and prepare a variety of meats
- Make fresh sausage and ground beef patties
- Smoke and process meats
- Operate the cash register and assist customers
- Stock and organize the freezer and cooler
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting with purchases
Qualifications
- Previous meat cutting or food service experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments.
- Strong attention to detail and food safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
