NOW HIRING: Seasonal Warehouse/Operations Support – $20/HR
Location: Ledbetter KY
Company: Express Employment Professionals (on assignment with ADM)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Varies based on harvest needs – up to 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week during peak season. Night shifts possible. Rain may cause schedule changes.
Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated and dependable candidates to support a leading agricultural company during its busy seed and harvest season. This hands-on role includes a variety of operational and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist with loading/unloading trucks and seed storage operations

Operate machinery including skid steer loaders and/or pay loaders (experience preferred)

Follow all safety procedures as outlined in company policies

Support overall plant operations and special projects as assigned

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Work effectively both independently and in team settings
Requirements:
-
Commitment to a zero-injury safety culture
-
Able to meet physical demands: prolonged standing/sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying weather (heat, cold, dust)

Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed procedures

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Reliable attendance and positive, professional attitude required

Must be flexible with schedule changes due to weather or harvest demands
