💲 Pay: $18.50 per hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Cleaner / Maintenance Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable schedule and a great team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain shop floors, work areas, and common spaces
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep, mop, dust, and perform general housekeeping duties
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
- Assist with basic facility upkeep and maintenance tasks
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Support production and shop personnel with cleanliness needs
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Comfortable working in an industrial/shop environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
