Since joining the team, Madison has enjoyed making a positive impact by helping individuals find meaningful employment and assisting businesses in identifying top talent. 

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Southeastern Louisiana University. Outside of work, Madison enjoys exploring new restaurants, watching movies, and expressing her creativity through other artistic hobbies.

Her energetic personality and passion for helping people make her a valued member of the team.

Cameron Hidalgo

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Cameron is an employment specialist at Express Employment Professionals specializing in Skilled Trades recruiting and job placements. He has a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Occupational Safety and Health Administration/Environment.

He has 7 years of warehouse working experience before joining our team. He also enjoys Movies and LSU sports in his free time.

Patricia Calfee

Office Services Employment Specialist

With nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, and community initiatives, Patricia brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build strong teams and keep organizations running effectively.

During her 11 years with the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, she worked closely with nonprofit boards and Executive Directors on strategic planning, fundraising, and community initiatives, including helping establish the Companion Animal Alliance to privatize the municipal shelter’s operations and managing the Capital Campaign for the new shelter now on LSU’s campus. Her diverse experience working alongside executives, boards, and organizational leaders gives her a unique perspective on the challenges businesses face when building and retaining strong teams.

Today, Patricia specializes in connecting Baton Rouge businesses with qualified Office Services professionals. She takes the time to understand each client's unique needs, vet qualified candidates, and help businesses find the right people for administrative, customer service, sales, and other essential office support roles.

Charlie Payne

Business Developer

Charleston is the Outside Business Development Representative proudly serving our Downtown Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, and Livingston Parish territories. Hailing from the small town of Albany, Louisiana with the charm, motivation and self-investment to open new doors to help both people and businesses exponentially!

He spends his free time (preferably outdoors or at a Saints game) with his spouse, Kylie, their dogs Nala and Luna, and their newest fur baby, Kitty Hocevar.

Light Industry Employment Specialist

Michael is an Employment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals specializing in Light Industrial recruiting and job placements. He obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2018 from Southeastern Louisiana University.

He enjoys meeting and helping people from many different walks of life find employment. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, running, and playing golf.

With a background in healthcare and customer-focused environments, she is committed to delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals. Outside of work she enjoys attending local live music events, baking, billiards, and being outdoors.
