Brooks Lawley

Business Development and Sales

Brooks Elizabeth Lawley, a native of Houston, Texas, brings a unique blend of Southern charm and entrepreneurial spirit to her work. Though she graduated from the University of Southern California, Brooks has embraced her new home in Baton Rouge with enthusiasm and dedication. She joined NAI Latter & Blum's commercial and sales division shortly after relocating and quickly established herself as a vital member of the Baton Rouge community. Her mission is to contribute to the city's growth, making it a vibrant, safe, and profitable environment.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to going above and beyond, Brooks has demonstrated her dedication through numerous achievements. In 2019, she was honored with the Chamber of the Year award from the Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC) and has been featured multiple times in the Baton Rouge Business Report. Her proactive approach to staying current with market trends and engaging with business professionals underscores her commitment to excellence.

Brooks is also deeply involved in charitable work, particularly with the Special Forces Charitable Trust, where she supports Special Forces soldiers and their families.

Outside of her professional and charitable endeavors, Brooks is an avid outdoors enthusiast. She enjoys hunting and fishing with her spouse, Chad, and is actively involved with organizations such as Ducks Unlimited and the Louisiana Wildlife Federation. They share their home with two dogs, Beans, a Boston Terrier, and Blue, a large black Labrador.

Cameron is an employment specialist at Express Employment Professionals specializing in Skilled Trades recruiting and job placements. He has a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Occupational Safety and Health Administration/Environment. He has 7 years of warehouse working experience before joining our team. He also enjoys Movies and LSU sports in his free time.

Joshlyn has been with the Downtown Baton Rouge location since February 2024 as the front office coordinator and transitioned into the Office Services Employment Specialist role. She has always had a passion and drive to help others in need. She enjoys spending time with her family and doing DIY projects when she is not working.

Matthew is our Light Industrial Employment Specialist. He is from Opelousas, LA and graduated from Northwestern State University. He is a former teacher who has a passion for helping people. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, being outdoors, and traveling to new places.

Madison Mabile

Front Office Coordinator

Madison is the team’s Front Office Coordinator—the first face to greet you when you walk through the door and the voice behind every call. She keeps the front running smoothly, managing phone calls and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Madison’s welcoming presence and organizational skills make her an essential part of the team.

She joined with a passion for helping others, perfectly aligning with our values. Madison takes pride in guiding associates and visitors through their first steps, answering questions, and making sure everything feels seamless. For her, the best part of the job is creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside the office, she loves discovering new restaurants, watching movies, and finding creative outlets—especially through makeup and other artistic hobbies. Madison is also a coffee enthusiast (but you won’t catch her with a soft drink!) and enjoys any opportunity to combine her love for creativity with her passion for trying new experiences.
