Maintenance Technician/groundskeeper – East Baton Rouge
Full Time – Evaluation Hire
$20/Hr
Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for an HVAC Technician for a local client in East Baton Rouge Parish.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper:
- Replaces or repairs appliances, basic plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
- Performs work in response to Maintenance Service Requests as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
- Performs general repair and maintenance such as painting, replacing screens, caulking, installing towel bars, and general apartment renovations.
- Assists porter/housekeeper as directed.
- Cleans and maintains swimming pools.
- Trashouts
- Keeping premises clean and orderly.
Skills and Experience REQUIRED:
- HVAC certification, Preferred
- General knowledge of repairs
