Job Full Description
Express is currently seeking an Office Assistant in the Greater Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate must have intermediate skills relating to Customer service, Basic math skills for end of day store reconciliations and bank deposits, & Customer Support.
They must also have the ability to be courteous and provide great customer service skills with both internal and external customers
Pay $15/hour
Schedule: PART-TIME POSITION 20-25 Hours /Week | Weekends are required!
Monday-Friday ( Hours 4:00pm-7:00PM |
Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of store
- Answers incoming calls, distribute calls and messages. Manager Store's Voicemails.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Must have phone etiquette, customer service personality, attention to detail, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
- Support on customer complaints, Initiate and follow up on existing customer service tickets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years office experience.
- Must be professional and courteous.
- Experience working in Customer service style positions.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Candidate should possess great communication skills, maintain honesty, be trustworthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality.
