Express Employment of Baton Rouge, LA is currently seeking candidates for an Office Manager/ Administrative Support position for a Locally & Family owned tool and machinery distributor in the Greater Baton Rouge, LA area!
Pay starting at $15+/HR BOE
TEMP to PERM Opportunity | FULL-TIME & PART-TIME SCHEDULE CONSIDERED | MON-FRI 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities include :
- Exceptional Customer service - Assisting walk in customers or over the phone with any needs or questions
- Basic data entry for inventory purposes
- High call volume phone skills, Inbound and outbound calls
- Proficient computer skills. Ability to operate Microsoft Suite programs, and ability to learn new systems easily.
- Writing up quotes for customers, following up on any outstanding orders, and building customer relations.
- Will be expected to assist with running errands, Inventory, Stocking, cleaning and completing basic tasks for Owner's as needed.
Required Skills:
- 3 years’ minimum of verifiable experience in Customer Service, Or Administrative/Accounting
- Intermediate experience with Quickbooks software
- Confident in business transactions, assisting customer needs
- Advanced Phone & computer skills
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Interested in Long-term growth and stability
- Reliable Transportation
