Express Employment is looking for a dependable and energetic Front of House Team Member to join a locally family-owned and operated Soul Food Kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering warm, welcoming service.
Primary Responsibilities

Professionally greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude

Take accurate orders in person and over the phone

Process payments accurately (cash and card)

Assemble plates correctly and ensure orders are complete and presentable

Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service

Assist customers and coworkers as needed to support daily operations

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service preferred

Experience handling cash, answering phones, and taking orders

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, upbeat environment

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Willingness to learn, take direction, and be coachable
