💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
- Hours Guaranteed: 40-hour workweek guaranteed + available overtime
- Bonus Opportunity: Quarterly bonus pay

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Diagnostics: Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring and equipment using standard diagnostic testing devices to ensure safety.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using advanced test equipment to efficiently locate the root cause of electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Repairs & Assembly: Repair, correct, and reassemble systems; properly handle new motor bearings and perform precision balancing of rotors.
- System Integration: Safely connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other industrial electrical components.
- Safety & Inspection: Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to proactively identify hazards, defects, or the need for precision adjustments.
- Operational Flexibility: Perform other duties, shop projects, and tasks as designated by the supervisor to support changing operational, safety, or environmental needs.
🛠️ Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of direct, hands-on experience working specifically with electric motors (Strict Requirement).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep, working understanding of vertical, horizontal, and sleeve bearing motors.
- Testing Proficiency: Proven ability to Meg motors, precision balance rotors, and properly handle new motor bearings.
- Tools: Must possess and maintain your own professional set of hand and diagnostic tools.
- Professional Attributes: Highly responsible, organized, goal-oriented, and a dedicated team player.
🛡️ Pre-Employment & Compliance
- Must successfully pass a 10-panel drug test.
- Must successfully clear a standard background check.
