Vehicle Detailer / Car Wash Technician
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Position Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay Rate: $12.00 / hour
Shift: Tuesday & Thursday OFF | Mon, Wed, Fri: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Sat: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Vehicle Detailer to join a busy automotive team in Baton Rouge! In this role, you will be responsible for washing, detailing, and prepping vehicles that are being sold or serviced. If you take pride in making cars look brand new, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in an active environment, this is a great full-time opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities

Exterior Cleaning: Wash, scrub, dry, and polish vehicle exteriors; clean tires, wheels, and trim.

Interior Detailing: Thoroughly vacuum seats and carpets, wipe down dashboards, consoles, door panels, and clean interior glass.

Vehicle Inspection: Ensure all washed and detailed vehicles meet quality standards before being returned to customers or placed on the lot.

Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with the service and sales departments to prep vehicles in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements

Driver’s License: Must have a valid Driver’s License to be considered.

Mindset: Detail-oriented, team player, willing to learn, and able to follow directions well.

Physical Stamina: Able to bend, lift, kneel, stand for extended periods, and work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat or cold).

Experience: No prior experience required—willingness to work hard and learn is key!
