Driver / Warehouse Associate

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (70809)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour 

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Baton Rouge! In this role, you will support a prominent construction material wholesaler that serves contractors and construction companies. You will split your time between driving for deliveries and managing essential warehouse operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Driving: Transport construction materials safely to client locations (No CDL required, but a TWIC card is mandatory).

• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify inventory, and manage paperwork.

• Warehouse Operations: Load and unload pallets and orders efficiently using proper warehouse equipment.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to all facility guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous industrial experience required; must be familiar with a warehouse environment and standard warehouse tools/equipment.

• Certifications & Credentials:

  • TWIC Card is REQUIRED.

  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

  • No CDL is needed.
