Sanitation Supervisor
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (70809)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM) & Friday & Sunday (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) | Off on Saturdays!
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to oversee the cleaning, upkeep, and overall sanitation standards inside a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead the cleaning crew, coordinate daily maintenance tasks, and serve as the vital bridge between your team and the client.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Communication: Supervise and direct the sanitation crew to ensure all facility standards are met.

Sanitation & Upkeep: Oversee comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting work areas.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary communication link between the bilingual cleaning team (Spanish) and facility management (English).

Onboarding: Participate in a quick orientation with the on-site supervisor on your first day to align on expectations and facility layouts.
Qualifications & Requirements

Language Skills: Must be fully bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) to effectively communicate with the team and client stakeholders.

Experience: Previous supervisory or sanitation experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.

Screenings: No drug test (DT) or background check (BG) required for this position.
