We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our client’s team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting both internal staff and external customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support client communications and internal coordination

  • Draft and send emails, manage digital files, and perform general administrative tasks

  • Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling and office logistics

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic office setting

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
