We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our client’s team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting both internal staff and external customers. Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support client communications and internal coordination

Draft and send emails, manage digital files, and perform general administrative tasks

Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling and office logistics

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic office setting

Previous administrative experience preferred
