We have a great opportunity for a Senior Contact Center Representative with a Pension and Benefits Fund.
This is a temporary / contract position through March, 2026.
MUST HAVE demonstrated high volume Call Center experience.
This job is 100% in-office in Rockville, MD. No remote work.
Pay:
$33.00 an hour; 35 hour work week
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of calls from people looking to manage their pension information
- Process 60+ transactions per day
- Review and prepare correspondence for electronic files that pertain to collection processes
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 1+ year of demonstrated high volume Call Center experience
- MUST be able to commute to Rockville, MD
- Experience in Customer Service
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree or associates degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Ability to pass skills test
- Background check and drug test required
