We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Support and Logistics Specialist with an international industrial equipment supllier.
This is a Temp-to-Perm position.
Pay:
$26 - 28 per hour
Hours:
9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
100% in office
Responsibilities:
- Manage shipment of internationl orders with UPS or FedEX
- Prepare invoice and documents relative to orders
- Contact clients about shipment and provide tracking numbers
- Prepare and track all documentation, including certificates, serial numbers of machines, and lot numbers
- Keep the inventory updated and plan for inventory order
- Cooperate with our internal technical and sales & marketing team
- Quality check and prepare reports regarding issues with products or processes
- Conduct inventory count in the warehouse periodically
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics support
- Extensive knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations to ensure efficient, compliant movement of goods across global supply chains
- Strong administrative, customer service, and communications skills
Other:
