NOW HIRING – Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Reports to Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repair. Must be available on-call 24/7 for maintenance emergencies and able to respond within 30 minutes of initial call.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and renovation work
- Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 business hours
- Perform general plumbing, painting, furniture repair, and minor electrical repairs
- Assist with HVAC monthly inspections and filter changes
- Monitor and clear sidewalks during snow season
- Assist with unit turnovers including drywall repairs and painting
- Maintain organized inventory of all supplies
- Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors
- Serve as second in command of custodial staff when Supervisor is unavailable
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field
- HVAC certification highly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be able to climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be available for on-call emergency response (24/7)
