Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving
Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable handling small packages and parts shipped primarily through UPS and FedEx.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping platforms.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and securely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support other operational needs as assigned.
- Utilize basic computer systems for shipping, inventory tracking, and order processing.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
