Interviewing Immediately! Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience
Shift Times:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with possible on-call duties
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation with the possibility to get hired
Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
- Willing to travel to different sites within Kalamazoo
- Capable of interacting with residents and subcontractors in a positive, professional manner
- Flip apartments in a timely manner
- Plumbing
- Minor Electrical
- Appliance maintenance
- Record, complete and close maintenance work orders.
- Participate, manage and implement effective preventative maintenance
- Proactively assist with common areas maintaining per policy
- Repair exterior building as needed
- Capable of drywall repair, touch-up painting
- Equipment maintenance and repair
- Perform landscape construction and planting as needed
Maintenance Technician Preferred Candidates:
- Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting capability
- Must have current and legal drivers license.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Technical computer skills is a plus
