Job Full Description

Shift:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F

Duties:

• Create Invoices from Shipments daily and prepare shipping labels.
• Close out invoices and process payments daily at end of day.
• Answer all calls that come into switchboard.
• Validate bank report for checks, wire, ACH transactions and post to customer account.
• Scan all invoices/picking sheets for the previous day to directory on Server for correct year by invoice number/sales order number.
• Review accounts receivable report and clear items as needed, follow up with customers for payment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in an accounting type role.
• Computer proficiency, spreadsheets, and ERP systems, Sage preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to switch gears easily.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive customer focused attitude with all people, internal and external.
