- 3 x 15 minute paid breaks
- 1 x 30 minute unpaid lunch
Overtime as needed on Fridays

Assembly Worker
Job Description:
The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components according to company specifications and quality standards. This position involves working on a production line, using hand and power tools, and following detailed instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts or products according to blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and report any equipment or product issues

Package and label finished products for shipment

Assist with material handling and inventory as needed

Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus

Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
-
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
-
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
