Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
During peak season June-July they will be expected to help work turns and could potentially work until 10pm on some days.
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of all leasing activity.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective tenants with tours, applications, and leasing inquiries

Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements

Maintain up-to-date records of available units and lease renewals

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections

Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally

Support marketing and resident retention efforts
Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency (Yardi or similar software experience preferred)

Previous leasing or customer service experience is a plus
