• Job Description
• Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures in flooring equipment (e.g., floor buffers, wood sanders, floor scrapers, and concrete grinders).
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine tune-ups, including belt replacements, motor brush inspections, and bearing lubrications to prevent mid-job breakdowns.
• Electrical Work: Test circuits, switches, and capacitors using multimeters; repair or replace power cords and internal wiring.
• Engine Service: For gas-powered units, perform oil changes, spark plug replacements, and carburetor cleaning
• Quality Control: Conduct post-repair testing to ensure machinery meets manufacturer specifications for RPM, balance, and safety standards.
• Requirements
