Located in Portage, MI

Pay: $20

This position will be 36 hours per week. Once hired in this position will remain at 36 hours per week but you will be paid for 40 hours.

Willing to travel to different sites within Kalamazoo
Capable of interacting with residents and subcontractors in a positive, professional manner
Flip apartments in a timely manner
Plumbing
Minor Electrical
Appliance maintenance
Record, complete and close maintenance work orders.
Participate, manage and implement effective preventative maintenance
Proactively assist with common areas maintaining per policy
Repair exterior building as needed
Capable of drywall repair, touch-up painting
Equipment maintenance and repair
Perform landscape construction and planting as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting capability
Must have current and legal drivers license.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Technical computer skills is a plus
