Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Kalamazoo is seeking a Switch Truck Driver to join a Portage manufacturer.
Position Type: Full time, evaluation hire
Pay Rate: $20/Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm
Job Duties:
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials, utilizing forklift and bobcats as needed
- Perform preventative and minor repair maintenance to assigned equipment
- Move large trailers around yard safely
- Maintain and utilize entrusted equipment and tools, including hand tools and power tools
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities around the job site as requested
CDL- A or B is a nice to have!
Job Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand and walk
- Perform repetitive lifting
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
- Solid work history and strong communication
- High school graduate or GED
