We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join a growing machine shop in the Kalamazoo area..

Shift:

Pay: $19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC and/or manual mills and lathes to manufacture parts to blueprint specifications.
Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety protocols.
Complete production documentation and report any quality or equipment concerns.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating CNC mills/lathes or manual machines preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Reliable attendance and transportation.
