Job Overview:
Express is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assembler to join a growing company in the Kalamazoo area.

Shift:

1st:
- 6 am - 2 pm
- 7 am - 3 pm
- 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
- 6 am - 4:30 pm (M-Th; 4 x 10's)

Pay: $17/hr

Responsibilities:

Prepares and completes basic work orders by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring/testing completed component.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Performs Quality checks to verify product integrity.

Qualifications:

Must be able to regularly lift and/move and carry up to 50 pounds.
Basic Problem Solving Abilities.
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Experience assembling electromechanical devices and/or electrical wiring/soldering skills desired.
