Job Full Description
We are Hiring for mechanical assembly technicians in the Sturgis area.
Schedule:
- First Shift: Monday-Thursday 5 am-3:30 pm;
Payrate: $18/hr
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation hire
Assembly Responsibilities:
- Build assemblies from start to finish according to blue prints.
- Operate machines.
- Perform quality checks and documentation
- Verify specifications by measuring/testing completed component
- Read assembly instructions and blueprint specifications; gather needed parts, tools, and materials
- Ensure a clean and tidy workspace
Assembly Qualifications:
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Heavy attention to detail.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using powered hand tools.
- Ability to read Blueprints.
- Personable and professional attitude.
- HS diploma or GED.
