Job Full Description
Pay: $21/hr
Duration: (1-2 months) but can end up being permanent.
Shift: 1st (8 – 5 or similar)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and address maintenance issues to help keep properties safe, functional, and well maintained.
- Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings, fixtures, equipment, and property grounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
