Seasonal General Laborer
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
Season: August through Mid-November
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable pool and spa company seeking reliable Seasonal General Laborers to assist with the fall pool closing season. This is a full-time seasonal position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and working as part of a team. No previous pool experience is required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with residential and commercial pool closings
- Remove, clean, and install pool covers
- Help winterize pools and equipment
- Load and unload tools, supplies, and materials
- Perform general labor and job site cleanup
- Safely use hand tools and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Provide professional customer service while working at customer homes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Able to work well with a team
- General labor, landscaping, construction, moving, warehouse, or similar experience is helpful but not required
